Shipping: if you would like delayed shipping, please write in the notes which Monday you'd like it shipped on. Due to the kokedama, packages will need to be opened as soon as they are received. We are not responsible for delays in shipping and damage to the plant or box due to the shipping carrier or being left unopened. All complaints must be sent via Etsy Messages within 12 hours of receiving the box.
Kokedama: also known as Japanese Moss Balls, offer a unique presentation style to decorate any room. These plants will capture the eye whether displayed on a table, or hanging from a wall. Our collection make great gifts for friends and family near and far. We hope you enjoy!
Gift Wrapping: if selected, includes plastic wrap and bow around moss ball and tissue paper within the box. We are happy to write a note for you. If so, please put it in the notes during the ordering process.
Each kokedama will come with a terra cotta saucer to protect the surface the kokedama sits on. We do not
recommend that kokedama sit directly on a surface as it will cause damage from the water and moss. A care instruction card will be sent with each kokedama.

Care instruction:
1. Submerge 3/4th of the kokedama ball in water once a week for 10 -15 minutes, or when ball feels dry and light
2. Gently squeeze out excess water
3. Place back on the saucer or strings
4. Enjoy!
If the plant is damaged, you will need to send us a photo within 1 day of arrival. Otherwise, we will not be able to replace. Refunds and replacements are at the seller's discretion.
