Cookies with a name or other wording, please add what you would like on the cookies in the “NOTE TO SELLER” section of your order. Most orders are shipped with 1-2 extra cookies to account for possible breakage during shipping.
Cookies are baked in a home kitchen with known food allergens including nuts, tree nuts, milk, soy, eggs, wheat, various fruits, and vegetables. If you or someone you are gifting these to have known allergies, please do not consume this product.
Cookies are baked fresh approximately 10 days before your event and are usually shipped out 6-7 days before the date of your event. Please order cookies at least 2 weeks in advance. Cookies can be ordered well ahead of your event and shipped to arrive the week of your event. The auto generated shipping times are general and not specific to your order.
Each cookie comes individually bagged in a clear, heat sealed, cellophane bag to ensure freshness. Cookies will last up to two weeks sealed or can be frozen as packaged (to thaw simply leave on the counter for about 2 hours, do not remove from bag until completely thawed) Do not refrigerate the cookies as this will dry them out.

Cookies are shipped to arrive several days early via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days from date shipped) . Cookies are scheduled to ship out 1 week from the date you request on your order. I want your cookies to arrive on time just as much as you! If your package is delayed or lost, please address the issue with your local UPSP office.
