This illustration is from over 100 years ago! With text inspired by the font used for the Oz books. This character is the Good Witch that Dorothy meets when she arrives in Munchkinland, and was used to inspire the character of Glinda the Good Witch of the North in the MGM film, "The Wizard of Oz." In the film, they merged two good witches into one character: the Good Witch of the North (this witch), and Glinda the Good Witch of the South!
