PERSONALIZING INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Using the drop-down menu, choose the number of people in your family (humans only).
2. Let us know the names you want on your ornament by using the YELLOW NUMBERS as guides.
3. Let us know if you want the current year added. If you don't request it, it will not be included. We will place the year where we feel it looks best unless you specify. If you want a different year, just let us know in the Personalization Box.
4. Design and colors come exactly as pictured and cannot be changed.
5. Keep in mind, the largest (oldest) character is not always first. There are also other details you may need to pay attention to that are specific to the ornament. Always follow the yellow numbered guides. Be sure you are referencing the correct family size image when filling out the Personalization Box.
6. Please include a mobile number and email address at the bottom of the Personalization Box in case we have a question with your order. We find a lot of customer mistakes, so this will save time.
