I purchased these many years ago from an antique store in Paris. I was told they were from the 1920s but I have no proof of when they were made. They are all in good pre-loved, displayed condition.
These hand-painted lidded hinged trinket boxes are all made by Porcelain de France and are made in France. They are fired numerous times to achieve their brilliant colors. Each one is priced separately-per item. You can choose which one(s) you would like. A beautiful French dresser item to add to your collection or to give to a special loved one.
They are all hallmarked on the bottom with the Porcelain de France mark.
1- Long Pink Box: Has elongated shell clasp. Measures 3-3/4" long; 1-3/4" wide; 1" tall
2-Blue Flower Chest: Has round flower clasp. Measures 3-3/8" long; 2" wide; 2-1/8" tall
3-Oval pink roses: Has round flower clasp. Measures 2-7/8" long; 1-7/8" wide; 1-1/4" tall
4-Oval butterflies: Has round flower clasp. Measures 3" long; 2" wide; 1-1/2" tall
These are vintage items that have already had a pre-loved/displayed life. This means they are not NEW and may show signs of normal age-related use and wear. Due to their vintage nature you may see appropriate wear consistent with its age. There might be slight scratches, marks, fading and some patina loss. Each vintage piece is unique and has its own character!
