Just message us and we'll respond immediately (most of the time) whether your customization can be done or if it would cost a little extra to do.
LASTING?
• Expect your temporary tattoos to last approx. 2-5 days. Just apply on clean and dry skin with no lotions or oils. For best results, once applied, try to avoid getting them wet.
• The product is approved for use on the skin as a tattoo. That said, all skin types are different, so please note that we are not liable for any sort of reaction that may occur. If you do have a skin reaction, remove the tattoo and discontinue use.
SHIPPING:
• Processing time - We dispatch the product within 1-3 working days.
• Estimated shipping times:
- For European Union orders, the transit time takes 2-7 business days for them to arrive after they've been shipped.
- For non-European Union orders, the transit time can take up to 20 business days for most countries.
- Be aware that Each custom office is different and KolltessiPrint is not responsible for any fees.
- If you need your order for a specific date, please contact us before the purchase.
- If you do not set the date with us, do not assume that the product will be on the date on which you don't inform us :)
Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We’re not responsible for delays due to customs. Processing time is usually 1-3 working days.

Tracking:
The packages are registered (comes with a tracking code), but not insured. Insurance costs, if wanted, have to be covered by the customer.

• No refunds. But on the rare occasion that a customer is not completely satisfied, email us and we will do our best to make you a satisfied customer!
