ORDER PROCESS
1. Choose Design & Color from the drop-down box
2. Select the quantity needed from the the drop-down box
3. Add Personalization details: Name and/or Date/Location
4. A custom proof will be sent via Etsy Conversations for you to approve within 1-2 days of initial order. Once we receive approval, printing will proceed... if we do not hear back within 48hrs of sending the proof, we will move forward to printing without approval!

Please allow up to 2 weeks for production and shipping turnaround time. If you need this sooner, please reach out to us and we'll let you know if there is a priority shipping option available. Additional costs may be added to your order to fulfill timelines. Please note -- international orders may have a longer lead-time due to shipping/customs. Once we ship your order, we are no longer responsible for lead-time, in the event of shipping delays -- please take this into consideration before ordering and give yourself a few extra weeks of buffer!

Your design will NOT be physically printed on the matchbox. All designs are printed on a sticker and then adhered onto the matchboxes. This allows us to keep minimums and costs low to accommodate all buyers! Please inquire about any further questions!
