To attach, I suggest using E6000 an epoxy ceramics glue to attach the pieces together.

Fired to Cone 5 to ensure durability. Be sure to bring inside during a freeze so that the birdbath base doesn't crack. Each birdbath base is unique and will have some slight differences from the image.
