Mini 5" Size- Set of 10 Balloons Standard 11" size - Set of 10 Balloons Garland Kit option includes balloons in both sizes and assortment of colors, a plastic strip for attaching the balloons, glue dots and instructions (hand pump optional) **The minis are air-fill only balloons (even if inflated with helium they will not float due to their small size). Some colors may come layered to achieve their special shades. Please do not separate, keep balloons layered together when inflating. Only the inside balloon tail needs to be tied. The standard sized layered balloons and larger are able to float with helium, but keep in mind that due to the extra weight, they will only float about half the time as a regular balloon. Actual colors may vary due to computer monitor and phone screen settings. Sample packs are available for you to test out all colors in person. WANT A MATTE LOOK? All latex balloons go through a process call oxidation which causes them to give off a MATTE finish. To achieve this look, expose balloons to sunlight/uv rays and/or humidity to achieve this look quicker. **BEST INFLATED USING A MANUAL HAND PUMP.** Electric pumps can be used on the standard 11” size and larger. Helium is required for the balloons to float (standard 11” size and larger only). Be sure to inflate the day of your event for best results and use top quality helium.
