My license plates are aluminum with a glossy finish, not plastic and are the standard license plate size of approx. 6" x 12". The pictures are printed into the surface with a process called sublimation. It's not a decal or sticker - the inks "soak" into the special surface and are UV resistant. The colors are vibrant, long lasting and of excellent quality. It is not meant to replace the official state license plate and can't be used instead of a state issued license plate, it is a novelty plate only
If adding text enter it in the personalization box. Text will be copied and pasted AS SENT, so be sure it's the way you want it - capitalization, spelling, punctuation, etc. I will send you a preview ONLY if adding text (usually within about 3 hours, check spam/junk mail). Changes are welcome but I will ship this out the next business day, so check your email for it.If I don't hear from you I will assume that you approve of the preview as sent.
Previews will be sent to the email associated with your Etsy account.

I use the U.S. Post Office for most of my shipping, and once in awhile the delivery of your item may be delayed BY THEM.
I WILL SHIP ONLY TO THE SHIPPING ADDRESS YOU SPECIFY WHEN CHECKING OUT. If you want to ship to an address other than the one in your profile you MUST change the ship to address when checking out, as I will ship ONLY to the address on the receipt. I have many orders to process each day and changing an address may not get done. You would be unhappy and so would I if it didn't go the the right place.
If you have provided the wrong address in the shipping information, and your item is returned to me, you will have to pay for reshipping it. I am not responsible for an item getting lost due to a wrong address provided by you.
Once your order is at the Post Office, it's delivery is controlled by them, I no longer can do anything about the time it takes for delivery. You can track your package with the tracking number provided (you should get a shipping notification with the number or you can find it on your transaction information). The information provided there is all the information available.
If the tracking information for your item shows it has been delivered by the Post Office, then I assume that it has indeed been delivered. If you can't find it you will have to get in touch with your Post Office as I have no control over its delivery, only the Post Office does. I will not give a refund or replace any item shown as delivered by the Post Office..
Previews are a courtesy only, I do not wait for approval before shipping. Any changes need to be sent immediately after the preview has been sent or they may not get done.
Although UV resistant the plates will fade over time, especially if in the sun a lot.
