This affords a freedom that a photo can't capture! I can remove items out of the yard. I can also make subtle changes as requested. For example, if there is a lack of grass or trees during the time the photo was taken I can add them in. Another good example is if there is a photo of a family home in black and white, I can add the color that you remember to your childhood home. This is really a great way to capture a memory and really makes an extraordinary gift.
I have painted entire apartment houses for city dwellers or the views from a favorite vacation destination. If you have any questions please feel free to send me a message!
Once I get your photo I sketch out the basics, then watercolor the background colors and finally I paint parts of it with acrylic paint to provide vibrant details if needed.
Turnover is less than a week on custom watercolor orders. I will verify your satisfaction with the finished painting before shipping to ensure satisfaction.
