As a guide, we recommend following insert sizes for the 128x178mm pocketfold - 123x173 or 118x168 for the invitation mat, and then 117x168, 117x153, 117x138 & 117x123 for the inserts that will sit in the actual pocket. We advise a step of 15mm between inserts to allow adequate room for the headings to show.
