*** HOW TO DOWNLOAD YOUR FILES ***
Etsy will send you an email with the link to download your files within 24 hours of purchase. You can also access your downloads by going to your account in the upper right corner and choosing “Purchases and Reviews”.
Once on the download screen you should have a zip file to download. Both the transparent and white background PNG images are inside this zip folder. Once you unzip the file, you will be able to access the individual PNG images. This can easily be done on a computer (typically by right clicking and clicking on “EXTRACT ALL”.)
***Not all mobile devices support the ability to unzip folders. For this reason if you need to unzip the file I recommend downloading them on your computer and then transferring them to your device.***
Keep in mind that the Etsy app DOES NOT support digital downloads. To access your files you will need to be logged in on a browser, whether on a computer or on a mobile device.
