Return Policy: There are no returns or exchanges on any of my items. This includes products that are not monogrammed. Once I stitch an item, it cannot be undone. I cannot accept an exchange and/or return if you ordered the wrong size or you don't like the color thread you chose; or because our processing time was not noted at the time you placed an order. My processing time is 2-3 weeks for embroidered items. And 3-4 weeks for my mama embroidered keepsake shirts.
If there is a mistake on my end, I will be glad to fix it or offer you a refund. If I have made a mistake, please contact me ASAP. Your item will only be remade/refunded if you have contacted me within 30 days of receiving your item.
