The package will be shipped directly from Thailand
• For all countries, except the USA
Via Standard Package Airmail by Thai Post to your local Post, which will take about 10 - 30 business days. It may take a longer time depending on the clearance at your customs.
• USA
Via USPS first-class mail - Due to customs clearance, the transit time can still take 10-20 days. Also, the status may take up to 7-12 days to update once the parcel arrives in the USA.
• Express Service
Via UPS or EMS by Thailand Post
All parcels will be declared as gifts:
• The value of the plants in CN22 form will be reduced to around $30 USD / 1000 THB. This applies to all packages - EXCEPT for the EU buyer as Etsy collected VAT from you so we will include the IOSS number and the amount you paid on the label. If you have to pay VAT again plus a handling fee, you can contact Etsy for a VAT refund but the handling fee won't be able to get a refund.

⚠️ Return and Refund Policy
Buyers should check customs for bringing plants into the country:
• With/without requiring a phytosanitary certificate or any restrictions on your customs. We are not responsible for items confiscated by customs.
Bulb(s) are shipped at the buyer’s risk:
• We try to pack the best way but if damage occurs by rough transit it is beyond our responsibility. However, If any plants arrive rotten or dead, please contact us within 3 days. Be sure to take photos of the box and plants upon arrival, we will offer a replacement or refund, but please note that shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
For any disputes, refunds, order cancellations (a 5% fee applies), or incorrect information:
• Buyers must inform our team within 1 business day after placing an order to avoid unnecessary costs. If you have any questions, please message us, and we will assist you as quickly as possible.
⚠️ Import Buyer Info
In the United States
• Buyers can import plant products into the USA without an import permit if they have fewer than 12 plants. If importing more than 12 plants, an import permit is required.
In the EU (European Union)
• We provide the phytosanitary certificate for you. To ship the plant with/without the phytosanitary certificate to your country will be the buyer's risk. We are not responsible for customs confiscation.
In Australia
• Importing plants into Australia can be difficult, buyers should check with the (AQIS) for the specific requirements. We are not responsible for customs confiscation.
In Canada
• We have an alternative option for buyers to choose express shipping service with our shipping agent. Our shipping agency will provide a buyer's import permit and tracking number. (Service is an available alternative week) Also, buyers can combine a few plants in one package. Generally, the shipping takes 5 to 10 Business days. In case you don't provide us with an import permit, we will send the order.
In Brazil, Mexico, and Turkey
• Your customs may be strict to import the plant to your country. You should contact your customs for the import permit before ordering. If you can’t provide us with an import permit, we will send it without a certificate. And we are not responsible for customs confiscation.
In Singapore
• Npark required buyers to have an import permit to bring plants into Singapore. Buyers can apply online with the phytosanitary certificate and we will share the phytosanitary certificate with you after we ship it out from Thailand. The import permit fee costs SGD $11 for each consignment basic. Once the online application and fee are done before the plant arrives in Singapore. The Npark will release the plant and deliver it to your home.
