✣ ARTWORK OPTIONS
1) Select a standard breed illustration from the standard breed chart - add up to three images per order.
2) Have us create custom artwork from your photograph. Additional charges do apply - see pricing in the second drop-down menu.
3) Use a high-resolution vector-based art file you already have. If created by an independent artist, we will also need a print release. These files can be emailed to hello [!at] rubiandlib.com. Please reference your number in the subject line.
Please have your pet posed in the direction you would like them illustrated. Any change requests to the custom illustration will incur a redraw fee; however, text and layout changes receive 2 complimentary proofs.

✣ PROOFS
We send proofs for all personalized items within 48 business hours. This digital proof is sent to you via Etsy conversation.
Your order is held until we hear back from you with approval that all spelling and punctuation is correct. Please note that our orders are immediately placed into production once we receive your approval, and changes cannot be made. A delay in approving your proof WILL delay the production time stated below.
Please note that once the artwork process has begun, the custom artwork fee is non refundable.

Our cup sizes are regulated by the US Dept. of Weights and Measures. The cup size indicates the amount of liquid if filled to the brim (not including ice). Stated ounces are intended to show approximate volume and are not an implied guarantee of exact volume. When in doubt, we recommend sizing up.
We recommend ordering larger than you think you need.

✣ SHIPPING TIME
Will vary depending on your location. Normal shipping time is around 5 business days (within the 48 continental United States). Cups may ship separately if ordered with other products. We use UPS and FedEx for delivery and therefore are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
✣ RUSH ORDERS
Our standard production and shipping turnaround time is 2-3 weeks after your proof approval is received. If you need them faster, send us a message with your need by date and location and we'll let you know the available rush options.

✣ FINAL ARTWORK FILE OPTION
By purchasing the “FINAL ARTWORK FILE” option from the drop-down menu on the listing, you are only purchasing the artwork file and personal use license for artwork that we created for a previous order on file.
