When you order the "DIY" version, it comes raw from the laser machine, which means it will not be sanded, painted or finished in any way, and it may have some soot on the edges from the laser beam. As the name says it, it's a "Do It Yourself" piece

If your last name ends with “s, x, z, ch, sh”, add “es” at the end. [ "Jonas" --> "the Jonases" ]
If your last name ends with any other letter, just add an "s" . [ "Smith" --> "the Smiths" ]
► An apostrophe is added to show possession [ "the Smith's" = something belongs to the Smiths ]
However, if you would like to add an apostrophe to your last name, please add it in the personalization box and I'll include it in your sign.
