These are BOPP material making them water and oil resistant naturally, but we take an extra step in laminating to make them extra durable and high quality! Our small "Mom & Pop" Business allows us to work 1-ON-1 with our customers. · · · HOW TO ORDER: 1. Select the quantity of labels desired per roll 2. Select the laminate (gloss or matte) 3. Choose the quantity of rolls 4. Add to cart and checkout. 5. Send us your image in Etsy Messages Generally speaking, you should receive a digital proof here in the Etsy messages within 1-2 business days after purchase. We allow a grace period of 3 days after that before we will go ahead and move forward with your order. Please do check your messages to approve or decline your proof. PLEASE NOTE: If we do not receive your image timely, we may have to push back your ship date. We can only print as clear as the image you supply. Each roll = 1 image. We do not split rolls. · · · FAQ's: Q: Can you do a custom size or quantity? A: Yes! Please message us for information. Q: Can you edit my design? A: Yes, for a fee. Adding text to an image is $10, and redrawing or creating a design from scratch is $40. Once the design is complete, however, it is yours to keep and you will receive a PDF form to use as you wish. We print the image supplied to us. We do not edit, or alter, your image. We will, however expand your background to fit the whole label if necessary :) 2. We do all of our messaging here through Etsy so you have a record of our conversations all in one spot. This makes it easy to track your progress and keep track of any chances. 3. We cannot guarantee a color match on images as monitor screens, printing profiles, etc vary. If there is some variation in your digital image and the print, we cannot refund as the only way to get a 100% color match is to be supplied with Pantone colors (and we DO NOT offer color matching). We do print with a calibrated system and will get as close as we possibly can to your image. 4. Our material is not transparent. It is white or will print with your colors on it. 5. We cannot print images that are trademarked. Please ensure you have the right to have the images printing before purchasing. · · · PROCESSING & SHIPPING: Please note: We do not accept cancellations.
