Poke Root Salve (Phytolacca Americana/Pokeweed) infuses powerful poke root with castor oil, sunflower seed oil, organic beeswax and a hint of lavender essential oil.

To make this salve, I take harvested poke root and pack it in several large, quart-size jars. I then macerate the powerful herb with castor oil and sunflower seed oil and allow it to infuse over a period of 6 weeks or longer. Castor oil has tremendous benefits for the skin (I would suggest reading about them as I can't list them here).
