I am not responsible for lost/missing orders after tracking shows as “Delivered”. If your package is lost or missing, please contact your local post office and they can instruct you further.
All products are custom made to order and have a standard production and processing time of 3-10 BUSINESS days in case of extreme conditions orders may be delayed for a few days. Once your shipping label is created, a tracking number will be sent to your email/phone number associated with your order. All orders are shipped via USPS which usually takes around 1-3 business day depending on your location. Only contact us for order updates if its has been at least 10 business days and you haven’t received your tracking number yet, keep in mind that business days are Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays.
