-Since plants and cuttings are living perishable items that require specific care and many variables affect the outcome, if you don’t message us on Etsy and send photos within 24 hours of delivery time and before planting or re-potting, you agree that you’ve accepted the plant or cutting and are happy with it, and it’s healthy and exactly ‘as described’ in the listing and you are now responsible for the proper care, condition, and results. Buyer agrees unsuccessful rooting, decline, or death is a possibility with any cuttings or plants from any source regardless of how healthy, and once you’ve accepted the cutting or plant as healthy and ‘as described’, you accept this risk as all plant parents must do. Any issues after it is accepted is not the fault of Seller, since we are not responsible for the care or lack of after it’s shipped to you. If you do not accept the risk of propagating and growing cuttings and plants, PLEASE PURCHASE ARTIFICIAL PLANTS INSTEAD!
