Shipping- On all our items when purchased you will see the dispatch time, this is the time it takes to make the product before shipping. Once shipped your items will be sent with Royal Mail for all uk orders Any overseas all be sent by standard air mail unless you upgrade at checkout for tracked air mail. We also can not be held responsible for the items hit customs then being held up this doesn’t happen often but it can.
Care- Keep all hair bows dry and away from any water to stop them being damaged. In time if bows start to fray just trim the frayed edges off.
