Please note:
- Pewter is a soft but heavy weight metal, which does not rust or tarnish but over time, develops a greyish hue, giving it an aged effect. All my pewter items are sent with a free polishing pad to help you keep your purchase shiny. Please also see my shop policies for advice on caring for your pewter.
- Handstamping involves each individual letter being stamped onto the metal using a hammer and inked to darken the impression. Please see my shop policies for more information about this process.
- Colours may vary slightly dependent on your monitor settings.
- As this product is made bespoke to your requirements, I cannot accept returns or cancellations once I have started making it. If you would like a photographic digital proof of your purchase before it is dispatched, please ask when ordering - I am happy to arrange this.
EXPRESS SHIPPING UPGRADES
UK customers can upgrade to Special Delivery at the checkout. This has the same estimated delivery time as the standard shipping option (1 day) but is guaranteed.
International customers from most countries can upgrade to an express service which will usually be UPS - this is a guaranteed 2-3 day service (after dispatch). Please provide a telephone number if choosing this option. I regret that I cannot send Express to some countries due to cost, including Mexico.
