After you place an order, we will deliver mold kits with a detailed instruction to your address.
You make molds at home and deliver them back to our store.
We confirm our receipt of your molds and whether they can be used for customizing.
(If not, we will ship you other FREE mold kits to redo your molds)
When your molds are useable, it only takes us about 2-3 days max to custom non-diamond grillz and 12-14 days max for diamond grillz.
HIGH QUALITY, RESPONSIVENESS & QUICK TURNAROUND are our priorities during the entire process.
*CARE INSTRUCTION:
After each use, clean your grillz with warm water and soft napkins/cloths.
When customers do not wear grillz, please keep them in a provided box in a dry and clean area
Do not put something else within the same box to avoid scratches.
Customers are recommended to remove their grillz before smoking, eating, having alcoholic drinks, playing sports or participating in any activities that may pose choking hazards. Customers are NOT recommended to wear grillz while having dental issues / any dental treatments.
Customers are recommended to visit dentists for any dental problems before and/or after wearing grillz.
