These adapters are made to slide in and be a snug fit on all Stacyc 12" and 16" models and allow you to use your 18v Milwaukee power tool batteries on the bike.
New Stacyc bikes have a battery recognition built into them however our adapters bypass this with 0 modification. You are able to remove your adapter at anytime, tool free.
We've sold many of these adapters and can confirm 2,3,4 and 5ah batteries will fit the 12" and 16". The 16" will also fit a 6ah Milwaukee battery.
Note: Milwaukee advertise the nominal voltage of 18v whereas Stacyc advertise the max voltage of 20v. Both brand batteries are the same voltage.
