Keep track of your internship search using this downloadable internship application tracker.
The excel sheet contains two tabs, an application tracker and interview prep. On the tracker you can add notes to 7 pre-set categories: Overview, Company Overview, Internship Details, Financial, Internship Timeline, Key Contact Information, and Miscellaneous.
The column indicating the status of the internship is pre-programmed to turn yellow (Researching, Application in Progress, Applied, Pending Interview, Interviewed, Received Offer), green (Accepted Offer), or red (No Offer, Rejected Offer). Additionally, the action item date will turn red if overdue.
On the interview prep you can review common interview questions and fill out your answers using the included template. You can also keep track of all your correspondence, making it easy to find all your information as you search for an internship.
IMPORTANT: If you wish to keep the same font used in the headers on each tab you will need to download the font and install it on your computer. The font is called “Berkshire Swash” and you can download from fonts.google.com (see direct link below).

To download you will click on “Download family” in the top right corner. Once the zip file has downloaded right click on the folder and click “Extract all”. Once extracted open the file and click “Install”. The whole process is pretty quick and should take less than a minute. If you need help please use the video link below:
