###About Metal and Ring Size:
All my rings are made of solid gold. 14k/18k white gold, yellow gold, rose gold can be selected in the drop-down list.
Platinum and Palladium are available, if you need, just contact me!
All my ring sizes are US standard size, you could order directly according to your own finger size. If your ring size is smaller than 3 US or larger than 9 US, please contact me, I will make your ring size for you.
### About Deposit:
You just need pay at least 100 USD for the deposit, I will start your order and make the ring for you. But your rings will not be shipped until final payment has been completed.
Please note: If you want to cancel order during the production, the deposit can't be refunded.
### About Return and Refund
Returns & Exchanges & Cancellations
I accept a 30-day return. If your ring has any quality problems within 30 days, please contact me. I will refund you or make a new one for you. But if there is no quality problem with the rings you ordered, the return will be charged 100 USD (100 USD per ring) and refund the remaining amount to you when the returned ring is received. Hope you can understand!
For customers in other countries except the United States and Canada, the return shipping fee is borne by the customer, and the original shipping fee is not refunded. The customs duties incurred by returning or exchanging goods are also borne by the customer.
Please note that custom orders, lab-grown diamond rings, salt and pepper diamond rings, engraving rings, half-eternity rings, full-eternity rings, and ring sizes smaller than 3 US and larger than 9 US can't be returned or exchanged if there is no quality problem.
I accept cancellations; if you request cancellation within 24 hours after placing the order, I will cancel the order for you free of charge. If it exceeds 24 hours, I will deduct 100 USD (100 USD per ring) and refund the remaining amount to you.
