The color of our fragrances may vary slightly from bottle to bottle. Some of our perfume oils are dark in color and have the potential to stain clothing and/or other fabrics. When using dark-colored perfume oils, take care around white or light colored clothing/fabrics. We are not responsible for any damaged clothing or fabrics of any type that may become stained due to the use or misuse of our products.
Terms of Service-
SHIPPING: Processing time is 2-3 business days. Processing time is the time it takes to prepare your order before it ships. Orders will typically ship out on the third business day after your order is placed. Occasionally, orders will ship the next business day or the second, though this is not guaranteed. If, for any reason, shipping is delayed, we will immediately notify the buyer. All orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage and include a tracking number.
SKIN SENSITIVITY/ALLERGY CAUTIONS: All perfumes have the potential to irritate sensitive skin and/or aggravate allergies, no matter the brand, manufacturer, or ingredients. Please be aware that fragrances with spice notes may be irritating to people with sensitive skin. If you experience any skin irritation or redness when using our products, discontinue use immediately and thoroughly cleanse affected area. If you experience aggravated allergies when using our products, discontinue use immediately. As with all personal care products, a patch test is recommended whenever using a new product or new fragrance.
PROPER USE: Our perfume oils are intended for external, adult human use only. Do not apply our perfume oils to your pets. Do not ingest or allow animals/other humans to ingest our perfume oils. Keep perfume oils out of contact with human/animal eyes. Do not apply perfume oils to the face/lips. Keep perfume oils out of reach from pets and young children. Keep perfume oils away from heat/flame.
RETURN/REFUND: For sanitary reasons, and to protect the integrity of our fragrances, perfume oils are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Scents are widely subjective and each individual interprets fragrances differently. Fragrant notes are provided in the description of each perfume oil to give the buyer an idea of what said fragrance smells like. It is entirely up to the buyer to interpret the scent as they please. Therefore, we do not issue refunds if the buyer does not personally care for the fragrance. However, please contact us immediately if we have made an error with your order. ALL PERFUME OIL SALES ARE FINAL. If you receive an order where we have made an error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the details. Any damage or shortages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Photographs of any damage/loss will be requested (including packaging and invoice), so please do not throw package away until after photos have been submitted and the issue has been fully resolved. If a package is heavily damaged upon receipt, please refuse package from carrier. We are not responsible for packages where delivery confirmation has been provided by the carrier.
