By combining our birch ply fronts with IKEA’s kitchen cabinets you can create a hand-finished kitchen with an affordable price tag. Our ply fronts are constructed from 18mm B/BB responsibly sourced birch plywood. The fronts are machined to perfectly match IKEA’s Metod cabinets.
We supply doors, drawer fronts, cover panels and custom panels. Our fronts come pocketed and drilled to fit Ikea hinges and drawer mechanisms.

Once you have your kitchen design in the IKEA kitchen planner, you can either select the corresponding fronts you need from our Etsy listings. Alternatively, you can send us a list and we can price up the batch for you, and ensure all bases are covered. Let us know if you need a non-standard door or panel and we can supply this for you. Please contact us for custom requirements before ordering.
Our fronts are available with handles or blank for use with push-to-open mechanisms or handles of your own choice. Routed handles are £20 each.
Our fronts come cleanly machined, they are raw and unsanded. To finish, they need an edge and face sand to your desired smoothness. We recommend OSMO Polyx or hardwax oil to finish, although you can finish with any suitable clear or colored product.
