Custom DTF Prints. We can print any design, any size. Contact us to start a custom order.
We print each order soon after it comes in. Our equipment is professional wide printing DTF equipment. Not any converted printers, or home printers. Your transfers will be soft, and the highest quality.
Your order will arrive on a roll or multiple rolls (split up by material, and design size). Every print has quality check in lines down the side that need to be trimmed off prior to pressing. Also, on larger orders your name, my logo and press instructions are on the print as well that need trimmed off. All orders have file details used for packaging that need trimmed off as well.
A heat press is needed for DTF transfers. Many have issues with the specialty transfers (glitter, glow in the dark, etc) when using an HTVRONT press. I recommend only using standard transfers if you have that press.
Standard DTF Transfer press instructions:
Step 1: Pre-Pressing the T-Shirt or other Fabric
* Pre-Press to smooth out any wrinkles
* A Pre-Press will also remove moisture from the material
* Pre-Press at 300°F for 3–5 Seconds
Step 2: Applying the DTF Transfer
* Direct film transfer does not need to be used immediately
* Place the image right-side up (white wide will be touching the fabric).
* Heat press at 300°F for 10-12 seconds with Medium Pressure (60psi)
* 285°F for 100% Polyester
* For sensitive fabrics, lower temperature to as low as 260°F
Step 3: Peel DTF Transfer
* Instant Peel DTF is an Immediate HOT PEEL
* Some heat presses might not be calibrated correctly and can cause issues if not at the right temperature (higher than 320°F). The coating could bond to the ink instead of the fabric.
* If you are having issues with peeling the transfer, lower the temp to 260-285°F
* If you are having trouble getting a proper peel, you can try to let it completely cool, then try to peel.
Step 4: Direct to Film Finishing Press
* Should be done on every garment application
* Cover & Press again for 4-5 Seconds
* Enhances the longevity and wash fastness of the print Additional Notes:
* DTF allows for printing on a wider variety of fabrics, unlike sublimation
* Results in a high-quality transfer that can be applied to virtually any fabric
Glitter and Glow in the dark transfers:
1. 265 - 320 degrees Fahrenheit (start low and increase if needed)
2. Press for 13-16 seconds
3. Allow image to completely cool, then peel A heat press with heavy pressure capabilities is needed for the best quality.
Standard DTF transfers will work well with a Cricut Easy press or other handheld press, but you may need to press a minimum of 30 seconds and use as heavy pressure as you can. Specialty films have difficulty transferring with handheld presses, a regular heat press is needed.
