I always provide a tracking number. I cannot ship Internationally without tracking number and that is the default International shipping option. Surface shipping is cheaper but has no tracking therefore it is not an option.

I always inspect everything I sell. Any abnormality is mentioned in description. I avoid selling items with major damage, I sell what I would keep myself. I take photos as items were found, then after sale I clean, polish, repair minor issues, unless I mention I won't be able to do it. Shoes polished, silverware cleaned but not polished. Any other items cleaned.
