Our sign backboards are made of top quality 1/2" birch. The frames are made from premium solid 1"x2" pine stained or painted to your choice. Child's names are cut out of 1/8" MDF. All our products are made in the USA! Our signs are TOTALLY CUSTOMIZABLE so if you do not see the colors or fonts you like please reach out to us. • PAINTS: We use acrylic non-toxic paints. If you do not see the color your looking for please contact us! We have custom matched many nursery photos! Please feel free to look through out 5 star reviews. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
• PROOF: A digital font proof will be sent within 1-3 business days of receiving your order. If you would like to make any changes to the font selections you must contact us within 2 days of receiving your proof. If we do not hear from you within 2 days we will assume you are satisfied with your font choice and your sign will then go into production.
• HANGING: Hanging hardware is not included with your sign so you can make your personalized choice. The signs weigh between 5-12 pounds depending on the size.
CHECKOUT PROCESS:
1. Select the size
2. Select first name only or first & middle name
3. In the personalization box, please specify the following:
*First name, font, and paint color
*Middle name, font, and paint color
*Frame stain color
*Background color
*Smooth or grooved background (if not specified it will come smooth)
4. Add the selected item into your cart
** Be sure to specify which font you would like for your order in the personalization box. If no font is chosen we will contact you in regards to this via Etsy messages. If we receive no response back, we will proceed with the fonts/details in the main example photo in order to keep process moving.
If there is a problem/mistake with your order you must let us know within 30 days of the delivery date in order to resolve the problem.
