To ensure adherence to cruise line policies, please verify door decoration regulations with your specific cruise line. Cabin doors vary from cruise-line to cruise-line, our magnets have been tested on various cruise ships and are strong enough to keep the flag adhered to the door; Although additional magnets are not needed some cruise doors may have thicker coatings on the door or may not feature metal doors at all, to assure there are no unforeseen issues, we recommend bringing a couple extra magnets with you just incase and checking with your cruise line to check on the material of your door and decorating policies.

Flags are folded and shipped in a poly mailer. During shipping some flags may crease, they are a polyester cloth and act just like clothing. Flags can be ironed on the lowest heat setting NO STEAM. Place flag between 2 towels., folds release very quickly, There may be transfer of color due to heat pressing. The easiest option is rolling up your flag each way or place between layers of your clothes in your suitcase when traveling.
Shipping times are ESTIMATES ONLY and I can not guarantee shipping times, If you are in a time crunch please reach out to me via message before ordering with your traveling date so I can help you decide which shipping option is best for you to help you get your flag as quickly as possible. These are estimates but on average this is shipping estimates; USPS Ground Advantage is taking 5-7 business days, priority 3-5 business days and priority express is 2-3 business days. These are just estimates and I can’t guarantee shipping times. I will however to my very best to get things shipped as quickly as possible on my end. I ship all items within 24-48 hours of ordering with the exception of weekends.
There are NO returns or exchanges on personalized items for any reason other than an error on my end or an item is damaged during transit. If an item is lost during shipping after 14 days of non movement of item in tracking, then a replacement or refund will be given. Refunds will not be given for late deliveries, delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery times
