Dates to the 1940s-60s era and made of felt. Great for framing to be displayed on a wall or as a going away gift to the future college student.
Pennant does have markings and signs of age from being displayed including manufacturing flaws. There are some loose and cut threads/pin holes, small markings/stains etc. from years of age and display. Overall condition is good but not mint.
