The whole outfit is made from premium acrylic with a green tail and lilac shell top with a green headband with lilac starfish.
The tail does have some stretch to it because of the stitch used to create it.

0-6 months measurements are 12 inches/30 cm long, 13 inches/35 cm waist.
6-12 months measurements are 20 inches long 18 inch waist, with a tie threaded through to finish.
The sea shell top is also adjustable with strings to fasten in place around the neck and back.
To finish the outfit is a cute starfish headband.
