SHIPPING
● We offer free standard letter mail shipping in Canada and the US.
●Items are shipped via Canada Post Oversized Mail (to ensure lowest available shipping costs for you) or via ChitChats. Tracking is not provided.
●FREE shipping times are approximately 1-3 weeks within North America
●Tracking may be purchased at an additional cost BEFORE the order is made by sending us a message.
RETURNS
● We want you to be 100% happy with your order but we understand that there may be times when you need to return an item. Included with your purchase is a test decal that allows you to test the decal's adhesion to your wall.
● If for some reason you are not satisfied with your item, your order can be returned for a full refund minus the original shipping charges. Please note that we can only accept returns on unused product and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
● Please note that returns will not be accepted on custom orders.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
● We recommend waiting 4 weeks before applying decals to freshly painted walls to allow the paint to fully cure.
● Please note: extra precaution should be used when applying wall decals to "Low VOC" or "Zero VOC" paints as these paints may exhibit lower adhesion levels
● Decals may not adhere to textured walls
● Please note that our decals use Oracal 631 vinyl, which is specifically made to adhere to most indoor walls without damaging the wall upon removal. However, please keep in mind we are unable to guarantee any part of the decal installation/removal process. If you are concerned about the decals adhering to your wall, or causing damage upon removal, please contact us for a test sample to try on your wall.
