Our items are sent in PDF format. • If you would like the files in JPG or PNG format, please let me know in the personalization box while you checkout. • The files can not be sent in a different format. 4. Our items are only digital files, not physical products. 5. Once the purchase is complete, your order will be sent within the next 24 to 48 business hours. • Labels are generally emailed on the same day of purchase. 6. You can print the labels at a photo studio or on your personal printer. Printed colors may vary slightly depending on the type of printer you use. 2. Printed colors may vary slightly depending on the type of paper you use for printing. • We always recommend printing on adhesive paper. • You can also print on glossy or matte paper (it is your choice). • If you don't have the above types of paper on hand, you can also use regular paper and tape to stick the label to the physical product. • The quality of the printing or the physical product will not depend on us but on the client. 3.
