*Etsy messenger photo quality is just as good as email. Bright photos work better than dark photos! Send us your BEST pics, as your result will depend on your photography skills! IF YOU SEND A BLURRY OR DARK PHOTO, YOU WILL GET A BLURRY OR DARK FRESHIE. We can lighten them to some degree, but this will affect resolution. And we can't fix blurry. Full customer service is included, and we will get you the best freshie that can be produced with the photos you send.*
-One custom photo air freshener with a 1ml vial of oil in your choice of one of our 69 plus available scents including unscented. All air fresheners are double sided. You may send up to two photos for each freshie purchased. Air freshener comes unscented and you apply the oil from the included vial. Each vial holds enough oil to scent your air freshener 2-4 times.
- When applying the oil remove the white stopper and dab the oil on your air freshener along the edges.
-Choose from square (3.25x3.25"), vertical rectangle (2.75wx3.75"h), horizontal rectangle (3.75wX2.75"h), or circle (3.25" diameter). Made from high quality polyester felt air freshener material, re-scentable as many times as you wish.
-You will get a welcome message from us when we come to your order in our lineup.
- You may send two different photos for each and every freshener you order. Bulk orders see details below.
- We will change your shape if your photos won't work, and we will message you beforehand if we do so. If the hanger hole should go through a face or the image is extremely long and we cannot crop it we will add a grey colored bar at the top and or the sides of the picture.
- Additional 1ml vials of oil are available for purchase for $5.50
-Design proofs are sent with "text add" option purchases only, to verify your font and placement.
-Adding personalized text is $4.00 more, and you should select an "ADD TEXT" option under style where you select your shape. Then enter your desired text in the "personalization" box. Orders with text in the personalization box that have not selected an "ADD TEXT" option cannot be processed. Please limit the text to 3-6 words. The more words you have the harder it will be to see and read :)
**For Multi pack (3,6,12 etc...)**: Place your order under "style" with the quantity that you would like to purchase. Etsy will only allow for one scent choice, but you may have a different scent for each freshie you purchase. Hello you may send 1-2 images for each air freshener. You may also choose different scents and shapes for each of your air fresheners ordered. When sending the pictures please send each air freshener's images at a time in one message feed and specify which scent and shape goes with those pictures. This makes processing your order much faster and easier :) Add text is free on a multi pack order :)
We will coordinate photos (still may do two different photos per freshie, for example, a 6 pack you may send up to 12 photos).
Please be specific on what pictures go together and which scents go with which air freshener and we will get you taken care of.
Sending two at a time with instructions is best.
And...so you don't have to ask...boudoir photos are fine, our specialty, and they will be safe and secure. All photos are deleted 30 days after completion, in case we need it to make a replacement.
****Please make sure your address is correct and the name is correct to who the order is going to. Once your order is in the USPS possession we cant do anything about it till it comes back to us. If your package is undeliverable by the USPS you will be responsible for the cost to reship your order and will not receive a refund.

HOW DO I ADD THE PICS? : send through Etsy messenger by mashing the camera button next to your dialogue window on Etsy messaging in the app. Bottom of the screen, 2nd icon from the right. Then press the little picture looking icon next to your text box, and attach from your camera roll or file. It will let you send up to 3 at a time, and they come through in perfect original quality. OR email to freshiephotos@yahoo.com. Once we attach your photos to your order you will receive a confirmation.
WHICH OPTION DO I PICK? :Select your preferred shape, and if you want text. Pretty simple. The option for the refresher vial does NOT include an air freshener. It's just oil.
DO I NEED TO CROP OR EDIT MY PHOTO TO MAKE IT THE SHAPE I'M ASKING FOR? : No not at all. Our design team will edit your photos for you, make them fit great, not cut off your head, and cut the toilet paper roll out of your bathroom mirror selfie. No worries. You'll look fabulous.
ARE THEIR ANY SUGGESTIONS FOR WHAT NOT TO SEND OR TO LOOK OUT FOR? :YES. Please send bright pics - dark pics stay dark, we can lighted to a certain degree, but in general a good, well lit, well taken photo will give you a better result than that car selfie at 3 am when you think you look hot.
Secondly, keep in mind there is a hole in the center of the top for the hanger string. Try not to send a photo that has your man's eyeball right there. If so, we will use it and put a black or white bar at the top to keep that space clear.
Thirdly, our print process will cut off a margin around the edge of the photo, as we have to make the photos larger than the blanks to press edge-to-edge. Please don't send pics with faces close to the edge, or it may get nipped off.
