- Application instructions and a small sample practice decal for you to test your skills. (This is not a duplicate of your full vinyl order. If you think you may have trouble, you can order a second one just in case and the shipping charge will not increase). We make it as easy as possible to apply without difficulty. Vinyl is removable unless you're ordering Rose Gold or Navy which are only available in permanent. Removal is still possible from glass and acrylic for those colours.

HOW TO ORDER:
By Size: Choose your size in the drop down menu. Vinyl sizes are edge to edge graphics. Ensure you have more room than the chosen size for your application space!
By Application Location: By Inside Application: Decal is cut in reverse so it is read the right way from the outside - OR - By Outside Application: Decal is cut as it will be seen from the outside.

PREVIEW OF ORDER:
A mockup or preview of your order is free of charge and offered only upon your request in the order notes. We also offer unlimited revisions till you are satisfied and approve the preview for production at no additional cost.
If you requested a mockup, expect a preview sent on Monday / Tuesday (under normal shop volume). Please work with our designer to confirm final approval by Tuesday evening at the latest to be included in the weekly batch that is cut Wednesday morning or your order will ship the following week. If you have comments that require discussion please ensure you check your messages regularly so you can approve your artwork in time. Without your approval our shop determines whether to hold orders or move forward.

WEEKLY SHIPMENTS:
We cut every order in by Tuesday at 10AM (Toronto, Canada time) on Wednesday morning for shipment the same week Friday or the following Monday (as post offices don't operate on weekends). Please be aware of your event date, batch entry time and the shipping schedule below or your sticker may be cut the following week from your order date.
Canada: 2-8 business days* | Full tracking on parcels with Canada Post (shorter times closest to ON)
USA: 2-6 business days* | Full tracking on parcels with USPS
International: 7-14* | Full tracking only to select locations with Asendia or other available carriers.
*Domestic Orders: Please anticipate a +4 days in transit before contacting us. Like any major retailer we cannot guarantee these times or extend refunds for items delivered late. This product ships from Ontario, Canada. Orders are shipped via Canada Post or USPS unless you select and purchase upgraded shipping with Purolator/FedEx (Find these upgrades in the section ADD ON'S).

Our decals are made of high quality, self-adhesive removable vinyl that will stay on for over a year in the elements but also peel off mirrors easily if you only want it on for the weekend or day of your wedding. Once removed, it will not be reusable. Every decal has a transfer film on top for adhering to your surface. Further comprehensive instructions are included in your shipment and a test decal is provided. We are also available during operating hours to answer any application inquiries you have.
