How to Order:
1. Choose Tumbler brand and size from the drop down menu.
2. Glitter color choices. If you have a preference, please list them in Personalization section.
3. Decal design(s). Be as descriptive as possible or message me with a picture.
4. Decal color(s).
**If no information is provided in the Personalization section, I will create a tumbler exactly like the first listing photo.

Processing and Shipping Times:
- All items are made to order and completed in the order they were received in.
- My current processing time is 8-12 weeks (Most of the time sooner, depending on materials needed and time it takes to create your specific design). Creating these GORGEOUS tumblers is a lengthy process with multiple steps that have required drying and curing times. If you need a tumbler for a specific date, please message me prior to placing an order to make sure I can accomodate you.
- Shipping times vary based on where you live. Most tumblers are received within 3-5 days of when they are shipped.

Cancellation, Return, and Exchange Policy:
- Due to the custom nature of my items, NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS will be accepted unless there is an error on our part. If this is the case, the tumbler will need to be sent back and seller must be contacted within 24 hours of you receiving your order, and will either be fixed or replaced.
- Cancellations need to be completed within 24 hours of placing your order.

Care Instructions:
- NOT Dishwasher safe. This is direct from the tumbler manufacturers to prevent the vacuum seal from breaking due
to excessive heat in most dishwashers.
- Hand wash ONLY
- NOT Microwave safe
- Do NOT use abrasive cleaners
- If dropped, epoxy can break so please treat your tumbler with care.

Disclaimer:
Please keep in mind these cups are sealed with epoxy so Stanley’s will be slightly heavier. All of my items are handmade and made to order with the highest quality products possible. I do everything in my power for your image to be brought to life in a customized cup! Since these are handmade products, small imperfections may be present. Glitter may also be present on non-glittered items due to glitter being impossible to get rid of completely.
