***How to give a finished end hem to your runner?***
Option #1:
-to give end tassels to your rug, you just need to get rid of some weft rows like 5-7.
Option #2:
-fold back the raw ends twice and stitch them to the main unit
Option #3:
-take a 10-15cm/4-6" wide cotton fabric scrap that is as long as the runner width, fold it in half, iron it, then open the fabric and fold the 2 long edges to the folding line and iron them. This way basically you make a bias binding. Pin it to the ends then give them hand stitches or machine sew them on the main fabric.
