"HOW TO ORDER CUSTOM T-SHIRT" & BULK ORDERS

1. Please, Check and Review all Photos.
2. Select Your T-Shirt Style and Size drop-down menu.
3. Select Your Product Color from the Drop-down menu.
4. Choose Your Quantity as much as you want.
5. You will see the "Add Your Personalization" section below the quantity box. Please Specify your "corresponsive phrase/saying" of it required.
*Do NOT leave custom wording/design change requests in "Notes" or "Personalization Box." It will not be accepted unless prior approval from us. *
6. Your shipping will automatically combine when ordering multiples.
7. Click ADD TO CART. And you can go back to add more product colors for your family members or complete the checkout process.
8. Please click "Proceed to Check Out."
9. Finally, Your Custom Shirts will be ready to ship 1-3 Business Day.

If there is no text color and fonts, we will be using the default colors and font.

⬥ WHAT'S INCLUDED:

⬥ ORDER COMMUNICATION:
Check your Etsy messages FREQUENTLY after ordering until the order is received. We may have questions or have received missing/incorrect info with the order. NEVER email us, always use Etsy messaging.
⬥ CUSTOM REQUESTS:
We are NOT currently accepting custom orders other than our customizable listings (names, dates) marked "CUSTOM" in the title. We may already be in the process of adding it! If you have a design idea, you would like to see in our store, please message us.
Do not leave design change requests in notes or the personalization box with orders unless approved by us. We accommodate when we can, but we do not edit some designs or cannot be due to time constraints. If so, it will not be accepted & the original structure will still be sent. This will not be a reason to return or refund.
⬥ COLOR/DESIGN INFO:
Please be mindful when choosing your shirt/text color combinations. Some combos are more brutal to read. We respect customer preferences and realize some like text more subtle. We do not offer exchanges/returns based on unfavorable color combinations.
NOT READABLE: White text on white or heather white, black text & dark grey text on black shades, dark grey text on dark grey or deep heather, etc.
HARD TO READ: Black text on dark grey heather, rose gold on heather mauve, etc.
SOMEWHAT HARD: White text on athletic heather, dark grey text on some medium color shades.
We respect customer choice of color selection and process all color combos as selected. The exception is any combos from the "NOT READABLE" category above. We will attempt to contact you, but If there is no response on Etsy within 24-48 hours, we reserve the right to change text colors to a readable text/shirt combo.
⬥ 3XL / 4XL / 5XL, KIDS:
Final sale on all 3XL/4XL/5XL, kids, and Long sleeve shirts. These are specially ordered items, no stock. Please allow an extra 1-3 business days for processing. Some colors may be out of stock by suppliers. To check color availability before ordering, contact us!
If your color is not available, we will contact you for another selection.

We try to depict colors accurately, but actual colors may vary from your screen display settings. Also, shirts may appear different in color/brightness (especially heathers) under various lighting conditions (studio, indoor, outdoor, etc.). We do not offer returns/exchanges for this.

••• Our Unisex tee is more extended and looser than women's sizing & semi-fitted for men but works excellent for both.
••• For ladies: consider the same size for relaxed, flexible, knotted fit or size down for a fitted look
••• For men: same size for a more fitted look or size up for a comfortable fit.
••• Most women say they run a bit, but opinions differ, and body types/preferences vary! Measure for best results.

⬥ PRODUCT NOTES:
All shirts are made using high-quality materials and pressed with a commercial-grade heat press for durability. We also utilize digital printing for all full-color designs and some of our one-color designs.
We use Bella Canvas brand t-shirts for most of our sizes unless Bella Canvas does not offer some colors to match the Unisex, Youth, or Toddler sizes. For example, the Bella Canvas brand does not produce NEWBORN sizes. Therefore, we use the RABBIT SKIN brand for family matching: black, white, heather dark and light gray, baby pink, blue, navy, camo, Kelly green, and heather olive. In addition, we also use the RABBIT SKIN brand for red, orange, purple, baby blue, and camo color t-shirts for toddler sizes.
IMPORTANT for DTG (Direct To Garment) PRINTING
All Shirts/Bodysuits are printed using DTG (Direct To Garment). The ink is directly sprayed onto the garment and then allowed to dry. This makes for a softer feel and more extended-lasting image. Keep in mind that this also means that the final result may not be as vibrant as what you see on your screen.

⬥ PROCESSING TIMES:
Your order will be ready to ship within 1-3 business days after payment clears on Etsy.
(additional processing time required for special orders, 3XL-4XL,5XL, and custom designs)
⬥ HOLIDAY SEASON:
Check shop Announcement for any cut-off date or processing time changes. Longer times during holidays may apply.
If ordered past the cut-off deadline, we will still send it via your shipping method even if it will not arrive before the holiday.

Priority Mail: 1-3 days
Priority Mail Express: 1-2 days
NOTE: Processing times are in addition to shipping times.
⬥ WRONG ADDRESS:
Contact us immediately on Etsy if a wrong address is entered. We will try to correct it but cannot guarantee since the order may have shipped. We are not responsible if delivered to a wrong address entered by Customer.

Please leave a note with the exact date if you have a need by DATE.
We will try to accommodate the request & expedite the processing only. It is your responsibility to upgrade shipping if you need it by a specific date! This does NOT expedite shipping times unless YOU upgrade.

••• We cannot guarantee USPS shipping times; they are only estimating.
••• We are never responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or miss-delivered packages
••• We are never accountable for USPS transit delays or mishaps
(once it leaves our store, it is beyond our control)
••• Etsy provides tracking by email with expected delivery; please watch for due packages
••• We do not offer refunds or replacement orders for USPS mishaps; buyer assumes the risk
WE DO NOT guarantee a delivery date, and there are USPS delays that are out of my control.
Once your package has been handed off to the carrier, we do not control when you ultimately receive it. If your order left our facility and is still in transit to you, we cannot make the carrier deliver the package faster. Sometimes we will ship an order, and the courier will fail to scan it right away, meaning the tracking information makes it appear your parcel has not left here when it has. If time is of the essence for your order, we suggest using USPS Next Day express. You can upgrade your shipping at checkout, and first-class is free.
⬥ DAMAGED PACKAGES:
••• If the package appears damaged, DO NOT open. Take to local USPS to file a claim.
Not Received:
••• If an item was marked "delivered" but not received, contact the USPS immediately & file a "lost mail" claim online
(also check with local P.O. branch, neighbors, and the mail carrier)
••• Check with USPS for any delivery/transit issues. We will try to assist you on our end but are only responsible for your order until it is scanned as "received" at the post office.
••• On occasion, missing packages turn up and are redelivered later once filed as lost mail.
⬥ RETURNED ITEMS:
Any items returned to us for any reason, ex. (wrong address, undeliverable, etc.), buyer must pay a re-shipping fee to have the order resent. We will attempt to contact you with a link for repurchase. Any returned items in our possession for 90 days, with failure to receive a response or reshipping payment, things will be donated, and the buyer will assume the loss of order.

⬥ CANCELLATIONS:
To cancel an order, you MUST contact us via ETSY (not email) immediately - within 1 HOUR of purchase.
No exceptions! We ship out fast, most likely; we have already started on it.
⬥ RETURNS/REFUNDS:
Before ordering, please verify all order details and read all "item details/description" sections! We do not offer refunds or returns for any reason.

••• We do not provide a return label.
••• Customer assumes the risk of any loss in shipping return items.
NOTE: To keep our prices low and continue to offer so many custom styles & color options, we ONLY accept exchanges for a different size in some cases.
Items exchanged for different sizes must be in the same shirt style /color/ writing combo and design. Please read below for exclusions and conditions.

••• Holiday theme or seasonal designs, season listed (ex. FALL vibes, 2020)
••• Special ordered items
••• Items with text added
••• Any hard to read color combinations (see list in "color/design info" heading above)
••• Unfavorable colors/ color variances from your screen
••• Wrong color selections/ entry errors
••• Any misspelled words by the Customer in the entry box (we print exactly the same as you enter)
⬥ EXCHANGE TIMES:
Contact us: within 3 DAYS of USPS delivery date.
Item Returned to us: within 7 DAYS of USPS delivery date.
⬥ NO EXCEPTIONS: After these dates, we can no longer accept exchanges as the items may have been worn, washed, etc.
⬥ EXCHANGE STEPS:
••• It is the buyer's responsibility to contact us within three days to initiate the exchange process & pay ALL exchange shipping fees (to/from)
••• item must be approved for exchange then shipped back by the Customer to our address within seven days of receipt.
••• To exchange for higher dollar value items (ex. From XL to XXL), the price difference must be paid.
••• The Re-shipment fee must be paid to cover the shipping cost of the replacement item. Link below.
••• It is up to customers to request tracking on exchange packages and notify us before shipping. We are not responsible for lost/ misdelivered items that do not reach us.
••• Returned Item must be like-new. See FAQ below under "EXCHANGE - CONDITIONS"
••• We have the right to refuse an exchange if exchange conditions are not met.
⬥ EXCHANGE SHIPPING FEE:
This covers the cost to ship the correct size shirt to you. It must be paid before the item is sent. We will send a link via Etsy to purchase once we have received your approved return (or use the link below). It must be paid before the item is sent and within five business days of receiving the returned item. Failure to pay or respond within 30 days, we reserve the right to cancel the exchange & donate the returned shirt.

⬥ RETURN ITEM CONDITION:
Al items MUST BE in new condition…unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, & kept free of pet hair, stains, rips, smoke, & others, etc. Please make sure the item is in perfect condition before sending it back for an exchange!

⬥ UNRETURNABLE CONDITION:
A re-shipping link will be sent via Etsy for you to pay to have the unapproved item sent back. Failure to do so within seven days will result in the loss of items that will donate. Any returned items not meeting the return conditions will be denied.
⬥ UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS:
Only send items to be exchanged if you have first contacted us and received authorization. Any exchange packages received (we have not approved that) will not be opened or processed. A reshipping link will be sent via Etsy for customers to pay to have the package returned to them. Failure to do so within seven days will result in the loss of items that will be donated.

⬥ REPLACEMENTS/ ERRORS:
If we make an error, we will kindly work with you to get it resolved.
REPLACEMENT CLAIM STEPS:
1. Please contact us within three business days via Etsy (not email)
2. Send a VERY CLEAR pic of the error & description via ETSY convo
3. We will determine if it is an error on our part and send a replacement ASAP if so
EXCEPTIONS:
Any items with large stains/spills/rips or tears (from the opening package) or any other apparent damage that would NOT have been overlooked when packaging will be denied. No exceptions. We are human but also diligently look over every item before shipping.
We are not responsible for damage to items caused by customers after receipt.
PRESS MARKS/WRINKLES:
Any press marks/creases (from heat press) or wrinkles from package handling will be removed upon laundering your item. Please follow appropriate care instructions. This is not a reason for return or exchange.
DAMAGED PACKAGES:
If a package appears damaged upon receipt, do not open. Take to local USPS and file a claim.
ERROR REFUNDS:
We do not offer refunds on any errors (even if need-by-date has passed) but will gladly send out a replacement.
Please order in advance to account for any errors/unforeseen events.
