What to Expect:
Natural Substrate: Moss includes its natural substrate, which often contains soil or dirt—an essential part of its ecosystem and how it stays healthy. Nature made it this way!
Handcrafted Process: Each batch is personally inspected and prepared with care. If you need moss in less than a week, this may not be the right shop for you.
Shipping Schedule: We ship every Wednesday and Friday (excluding holidays). Please allow 3-5 business days for processing before shipping.
Additional Details:
Each 2-gallon bag guarantees at least 12 square inches of mossy surface area (a two-pack provides 24 square inches).
For multiple orders, we may consolidate packaging to preserve larger, contiguous pieces.
Your moss is pre-moistened and sealed for travel to ensure maximum freshness upon arrival.
