The amount of time and effort needed to create this sculpture without cracking and ruining the piece in the process is utterly amazing. Once again, Angel has outdone himself and when he presented this stunning piece my jaw most dropped. This is a large piece of Obsidian and it took a great deal of concentration and time for Angel to create something this difficult with the fragile material that he was working with. The sculpture looks absolutely solid black but when the light shines on it at the right angles it displays beautiful color. The end result is spectacular.
The shine and polish on this piece are what you would expect from a first rate artist and Angel has polished this to a brilliant shine that gleams and sparkles in the light. This specific article would be especially appreciated for someone who has a connection to the medical health community like a doctor or health care person. Anyone however can appreciate the beauty of this and it would be great to have in any home.
