-Maintenance instructions!
·Machine wash with cold water.
·Please make sure to wash light and dark sweaters separately to prevent staining.
·Lay it flat for air dry by itself (do not put anything on to it), please do not use dryer.
·During the washing process, try to avoid severe friction or rubbing of the sweater.
·Do not dry clean.
-Kindly take note that during the holidays, production time may be longer than usual due to high demand for our products. You are welcome to upgrade the shipping if you need your order faster, (this option still doesn’t affect the production time, it is only for carrier to deliver faster) the availability of this service may be affected due to the overwhelming demand experienced by USPS.
-Personalization box is only for design color information.
- Backside design is additional fee, please make sure to add the fee into your purchase.
- If you want to add or change anything on the existing design that we show in the display picture, please contact with the seller from message box to ask if the changes and additional request can be done or not, if you do not ask and request for it without asking in the order we will ship the item as it is without the requests done.
- Please check the color charts for the size and type of the t-shirt you want, not every color is available for each type of t-shirts, drop down comes automatically with every color but they are not available for each item so please make sure to check it, if you do not check the color charts the closest item will be sent to you. ATTENTION! All tops are unisex, except the tank tops. Tank tops are women sizes. The rest of the items we provide are unisex tops. Sweatshirts and Hoodies are adult unisex items, we do not have them available for kids. Please contact us if you want a sweatshirt or a hoodie for kids, we can always check the possibility.
- We have 3 different t-shirt brand that we use, if you only want one particular brand please ask the seller for availability, if you do not ask we will ship the available brand.
- If you enter wrong address with your order, we will try to help you if you message us from the message box only if the item has not been made and processed to the packaging level to ship the item.
