Care Instructions-
Items are made from a high maintenance metallic foil spandex fabrics, and are hand-wash only in soft low chlorinated water. Hand-wash gently in-side-out in cold water, and lay flat to dry. For best results use Phosphate-free detergents to keep colors bright & vibrant. Avoid rubbing together or against surfaces as this will also compromise the finish. Failure to follow care instructions WILL result in color loss.
Due to the way these fabrics are manufactured colors will experience “show through” if not properly maintained, and for this reason we recommend metallic items be used for costume, recital, or gentle everyday use. “Show through” is where the colors fade or rub off showing the silver, white, or black base layer. Items need to be hung to store as folding can compromise the integrity of the metallic coating. If washed, worn, or stored improperly the protective finishing coat of the fabric will become damaged, and color show through will happen much more rapidly.
All items are made in a smoke free home. Seams are serged for a professional finish and durability.
