Please note that standard shipping DOES NOT including tracking. It is shipped via standard letter mail from CANADA, so it can anywhere from 1-3 (or more) weeks to arrive. We recommend if your event is less than 3 weeks away to upgrade your shipping to include tracking as that tends to speed delivery to approximately 5 business days once shipped. Please note that this is only an estimate, and based on location, it may take longer.

These cake toppers vary in size depending on the selection made in the dropdown.
Please note that the size is measured from the furthest point of the design from left to right (or from top to bottom in our vertical designs).
Please refer to our Sizing Guide at the end of the listing images to help determine the best size for your cake!
✦ P R O D U C T I O N ✦
Our production time is generally 3-5 business days to design, cut and package our orders. Please note that this is IN ADDITION to the shipping time outlined below. We do not offer an option to rush orders as we need to be diligent with our routine in order to balance work and family. That being said, we usually ship out standard shipping orders on Monday/Tuesday, and tracking orders on Wednesday. This means if you place an order on Monday, it could likely be sent out same day, and orders placed on Wednesday will likely go out in 5 business days. Please note that this is not always the case.
In general, we recommend that you order as far in advance from your event as possible to avoid any disappointment with delays.

We love customization! Please don’t hesitate to ask for a change to the design, colour, font or quantity. If there is something specific you have in mind that our shop doesn’t offer, we can work with you to design it! If you're purchasing a 'Custom Order' listing, please specify the details in the 'Note to Seller' section upon checkout. If you're looking for complete customization, or changes to an existing design, such as font, multiple colours, or adjustment to the size or quantity, please contact us ahead of time before purchasing.

Design previews are available by request and are only available after purchase. We will continue to work with you to ensure you’re happy with the end result.

Each listing has a colour chart shown toward the end of the photos. Please note that colours may vary based on different screen resolutions. We are adding new colours all the time, so if you do not see the option in the colour chart, please ask us and we may have it available! Feel free to send us a photo if you have a specific colour you have in mind and we can try to match it!

This product is made with 300gsm glitter cardstock attached to a white or clear food-grade stick.

Innocente Creative Co is located in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. Being that we are a border city lining Detroit, Michigan we will use this to our advantage to help speed up processing times when shipping to the United States. However, we cannot guarantee this is always an option so please review the estimated times below. Please understand that these are ESTIMATES only.
Standard Shipping - NO TRACKING
To Canada: 4 - 6 business days
To USA: 10 - 14 business days
Tracking is available as an upgrade upon checkout.
If you chose to upgrade the shipping option to include tracking, we have found these orders have been prioritized by the post office and tend to arrive within 4-5 business days. We highly recommend you include this if you have a tighter deadline. If you have already placed your order, we have a “Shipping Upgrade Add On” listing available in our shop for both Canadian and US customers.
✶✶✶ Since the pandemic there have been delays with postage where shipping has ranged drastically from 3 days to 3 or more weeks. We ask that you include your event date in the 'Note to Seller' section upon checkout and if your event is less than 3 weeks away, we recommend upgrading to include tracking in order to help speed up shipping times. Please understand that we do our best to complete and ship orders as fast as possible, but in the end, once it reaches the post office, it's out of our hands! ✶✶✶

Since every item is made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds. Orders are not refunded for missed events. Please read shipping information carefully and understand that the times outlined above are only estimates. If you purchased an item by accident, please contact us immediately afterwards and we will attempt to refund you if your order has not already been processed.
If you have an issue with the product you received, please contact us and we would be happy to work with you.

In rare instances, orders are sent back to us and marked undeliverable for various reasons beyond our control. If this is the case, we will contact you immediately and make arrangements to reship your order. We will have you confirm your address to ensure there wasn’t a typo, or recommend shipping to an alternate location. Reshipping an item restarts your estimated shipping times. Mailing labels from our end are automatically generated. Any errors on the address would be due to how it was entered at checkout or when creating an Etsy account. Please review this information carefully before submitting your order. We cannot be held responsible for these errors.

We do not accept cancellations after the first hour as we begin working on orders almost immediately.

Please keep in mind that all our toppers are handmade using only cardstock, toothpicks and/or acrylic sticks. Some designs may be more fragile than others. Please use care when removing from the packaging and we recommend handling your toppers by the stem rather than the design area.
