2) Fabric banner: Production will begin after approval, and it will take approximately 10 business days to complete. Please note that this timeframe does not include shipping time.

Care/Hanging Recommendations:
1) Ironing (or hand-steaming):
-Place the banner’s printed side down on the ironing board.
-Set the iron to the lowest and/or gentlest setting with minimal or light steam.
-Iron until the wrinkles aren’t noticeable or are no longer there.
2) Care:
-Spot cleaning is recommended.
-Fabric banners should be laid flat or hung to dry.
-Do NOT bleach or tumble dry.
-To prevent the banners from fading, avoid displaying in direct sunlight for a long time.
Return Policy:
-All sales are final and no refunds will be issued. Once an online order is made, the customer is responsible for paying the entire amount of the order.

-No returns or refunds due to any order that is lost in the mail or is damaged through the mailing process.
