As with all children's products, adult supervision is required. It is parents responsibility to make environment safe for their children and we cannot be held responsible for accidents.

In my experience, the tower is also suitable for smaller children, only then parents have to evaluate how stable and safe the little one feels by themselves. Our little ones are so different. And it is so wonderful!
ORDER PREPARATION

✔Each CREAKID helper tower is handcrafted / MADE-TO-ORDER / and checked by me and my family. Producing time takes from 3 bisiness days up to 1 week to make, prepare and ship-out your order. Production time before and during the holidays may change.
✔I prepare and ship orders only on business days from Monday to Friday, NOT including weekends.
✔REMINDER: production and shipment are two completely separate processes. Each process has its own term.

✔All items are shipped from our workshop located in Latvia (Europen Union), if your purchase is going outside EU, item will apply for Tax, Duties and brokerage fees based on your local government rules. ✔FOR UK CUSTOMERS-- for orders over 135GBP- VAT, import duties and brokerage fees will be calculated at UK customs and collected from customer on delivery

✔ every piece I create is shipped de-assembled. Product assembly will be required. Screws, Z-key and step by step instructions with pictures are included. Assembly is very easy and and it can become a very fun activity, you can do it with your little one.
