Customers must note that our Custom Gemstone Caps are slightly bulkier and will not fit as a normal gold cap. Gemstone Grillz are very attractive but can be an unpleasant surprise for some customers but not all.
Once an order has gone through the entire process of production we are no longer able to give a full refund or remake the grill. We hope all customers can respect our shop rules and understand the time and effort our team puts into making each quality piece to match your request.
If a customer is not 100% satisfied with this custom item, we can remake a new grill that fits your needs but customer is responsible for shipping custom item back and paying an additional 50% charge from the original cost.

• Our Custom Gemstone Grillz are hand carved and require on average 3-4 weeks to be completed from when the impression is received.
• Each order comes with two impression kits free of charge. Custom Grillz are made to fit the mold of each customer, if the impression is not carefully made there will more than likely be an issue with the fit of your Grill.
• Prime Time Grillz cannot guarantee that your custom Grill will fit perfectly.
• Prime Time Grillz cannot guarantee that your grill will look 100% like the photos of our previous work on our page.
